August 21, 2008 Govi High-Power Exploration and Trendfield Holdings agree to consolidate ownership of jointly-owned exploration subsidiary in Govi High-Power Exploration NIAMEY, NIGER – Govi High-Power Exploration Inc. (GoviEx) and Trendfield Holdings Ltd. (Trendfield) have concluded an agreement on a share transaction that consolidates within GoviEx full 100% ownership of their jointly-owned exploration subsidiary, GoviEx Niger Holdings Inc. As part of the transaction, Trendfield has transferred its 25% ownership in the exploration subsidiary, GoviEx Niger Holdings, to GoviEx. In exchange, Trendfield has received 10 million GoviEx shares, which have a total value of US$25 million. Under terms of the agreement, Trendfield has nominated one director to the board of GoviEx and will have an opportunity to participate in future GoviEx ventures in francophone Africa.
