Niger Uranium Projects
Artemis finalised a formal Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Trendfield Holdings Ltd for the acquisition of a stake in two highly prospective uranium projects in Niger, West Africa. Condition precedents to the agreement are due to be completed shortly. Field exploration expected to commence in February 2008.
