On October 17th 2008, Trendfield (THL) signed a MoU with Huram R&C, a Korean based company, which will represent THL in South Korea. Both companies are planning site surveys in Niger within the coming months. Both KEPCO (Korean Electrical Power Company) and KORES (Korean Resources Corporation) will be joining Huram R&C and THL on said site surveys. Huram R&C has announced in the Korean national press, the signing of a MoU with THL to jointly develop a Uranium deposit in the Republic of Niger. Huram R&C plans to participate in the project’s development by forming a Korean consortium and by acquiring shares in the Joint Venture Company of which THL is a shareholder.
